Leon County Supervisor of Elections Reminds Voters of October 5 Voter Registration Deadline
Leon County, FL – Mark S. Earley, Supervisor of Elections for Leon County, reminds everyone that Monday, October 5 is the last day to register to vote in time for the November 3 General Election. “I encourage all eligible Leon County residents to register to vote today,” said Supervisor Earley. “If you are not registered in Florida by October 5, you cannot vote in the General Election. Registration is easy, and my office will stay open late on October 5 to serve our newest voters!"
Voters may register or update their information using any of these methods:
- Online at RegistertoVoteFlorida.gov (complete by 11:59 p.m. on October 5).
- Mail a voter registration form to PO Box 7357, Tallahassee, FL 32314-7357 (must be postmarked by October 5).
- Visit the Leon County Supervisor of Elections Office at 2990-1 Apalachee Parkway (corner of Apalachee Pkwy and Capital Circle SE). Office hours are extended to 7 p.m. on October 5.
Currently registered voters who have moved are encouraged to update their addresses before Election Day. Voters can visit LeonVotes.gov/YourVoterInfo to verify or update registration information, view a Sample Ballot, locate their designated Election Day polling place, and track their Vote-by-Mail ballot using the online lookup tool.
