Secure Ballot Intake Stations are located outside each Early Voting site during the days and hours of Early Voting. You can view the locations, dates, and times on our Early Voting page.

You can also drop off a Vote-by-Mail ballot at the Elections Office from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, with hours extended to 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Election Day.

No, you cannot drop-off your Vote-by-Mail ballot at an Election Day polling place. The only Secure Ballot Intake Station available on Election Day is located at the Elections Office.

If you requested a vote-by-mail ballot, you can still vote in person, as long as you have not returned your Vote-by-Mail ballot.

We treat the security of our Secure Ballot Intake Stations with the utmost importance. Secure Ballot Intake Stations are only located at Early Voting sites and our main office. They are only available during voting hours or when our main office is open. They are always monitored and staffed by an election worker when they are available.

At the end of each day, we empty each Secure Ballot Intake Station and securely transport the ballots, sealed within their return envelopes, back to our main office. The empty Secure Ballot Intake Station is then stored inside until the next morning. All returned Vote-by-Mail ballots must be sealed in a special tracking envelope that is signed by the voter.
