Leon County Supervisor of Elections Announces Updated Precincts and Polling Places for 2026 Elections
Leon County, FL – Mark S. Earley, Supervisor of Elections for Leon County, announces precinct and polling place changes in advance of the 2026 Primary and General Elections. “As your Supervisor of Elections, my mission is to ensure that every voter in Leon County can exercise their right to vote, and that includes having accessible Election Day polling places,” said Supervisor Earley. “These new polling places provide every voter with a convenient location to vote on Election Day.”
Starting with the August 18 Primary Election, approximately 14,000 voters in Leon County will have a new Election Day precinct or polling place. The Elections Office is mailing every affected voter an updated voter information card, along with a letter and map describing the changes in detail. Voters can expect to receive their new card in the mail within the next two weeks. Voters are encouraged to review their new card to familiarize themselves with their new Election Day polling place.
As required by Florida law, the Elections Office submitted the revised precinct boundaries to the Leon County Board of County Commissioners for review. The Board approved the new boundaries at its March 10 meeting. The Elections Office has now updated voter records and other files to match the newly approved precinct boundary lines. Voters can view new precinct maps, a list of Election Day polling places, and their voter information at LeonVotes.gov.
Voters in Leon County have three ways to vote. In addition to voting at their polling place on Election Day, all Leon County voters also have the option to vote at any of the 10 Early Voting sites located throughout Leon County. Voters may also request a Vote-by-Mail ballot and vote from home. All prior Vote-by-Mail ballot requests expired after the 2024 General Election, so voters who are interested in voting by mail are encouraged to submit a new Vote-by-Mail ballot request now. Interested voters can visit LeonVotes.gov to learn more about their voting options.
Voters with questions are encouraged to contact the Supervisor of Elections Office at Vote@LeonVotes.gov, or (850) 606-8683, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
