Leon County Supervisor of Elections Announces Scholarship Opportunity
Leon County, FL – Mark S. Earley, Supervisor of Elections for Leon County, is proud to announce a scholarship opportunity aimed at supporting Florida’s next generation of leaders. Each year, the Florida Supervisor of Elections (FSE), the statewide association for Florida’s election officials, awards three $1,200 scholarships to full-time students enrolled in a senior college or university in Florida. The winners will be announced and recognized at the 2026 FSE Summer Conference. “Our democracy and our elections rely on having an educated and informed electorate,” said Supervisor Earley. “In that spirit, I encourage eligible Leon County college and university students to apply for the FSE Scholarship.”
Applicants must be registered Florida voters, live in the state for at least the last two years, and major in political science, public administration, business administration, or journalism/communications at a Florida college or university. In addition, applicants must be a junior or senior and have a "C" average or above. The deadline to apply for a scholarship is Friday, March 6, 2026. Leon County voters can mail, email, or deliver their applications to one of the following addresses:
