Our office will promptly verify petition forms within the required timeframes after receipt and payment of a fee for the cost of signature verification incurred by the supervisor. (s. 99.097(4), 100.371(11)(a)&(b), F.S.)

Effective March 1, 2026, the cost to verify an initiative petition form is based on this updated fee structure:

• Single page initiative petition (1 piece of paper per petition form): $3.5034
• Multi-page initiative petition ( >1 piece of paper per petition form): $4.3431
• Local citizen initiative petition: $0.10
• Candidate petition: $0.10
