Leon County is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of post-election audits. We've led the way by developing powerful new tools that provide the highest levels of accuracy and unparalleled transparency into election results.

A primary example is our founding partnership with the LeRoy Collins Institute and the Florida Election Law Center’s Florida Post-Election Audit Project that posts an interactive version of our post-election audits online.

We are also the first county in Florida to utilize the Ballot Verifier tool so the public can view the ballot images and research the tabulated results. 

Using these sites, you can view every ballot and every vote cast in many Leon County elections since 2020. This gives you the power to confirm the accuracy of our results. More elections will be added soon.
